(2) Clear your browser cookies

Browser cookies are the log and temporary files which are stored in a folder on your computer. But at times, if the cookies are corrupted then it will disable access to any web page. So in order to fix this problem you need to clear up all the browser cookies by following these steps:

For Google Chrome,

• Click on the Google Chrome menu icon
• Click Settings > Show Advanced Settings
• Clear browsing data
• Check the options “Cookies and other site and plug-in data”

For Mozilla Firefox,

• Go to Tools > Options

(3) Change your DNS settings

Sometimes, your DNS address might not support the availability of a web page which might lead to the ‘web page not available’ error. In that case, you’d need to change the DNS address of your provider which can be done by following the process below:
